We're thrilled to have our dear friend Leyna Schaeffer of Leyna Love Yoga & Wellness for Gentle Yin & Restorative Yoga on Friday, July 14 from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm.  We're also thrilled to welcome back the talented Dan Kassel on Cello.

Yin & restorative yoga in the lavender field under the evening *SUMMER* sky to the beautiful sound of a soft playing live cello. Heaven on earth.  We will begin with yin postures and move into restorative poses as the sun sets among the smell of lavender.

Yin and restore poses are a gentle and relaxing yoga practice for any level student. Poses will be seated or lying down, held for 5-8 minutes each. Please bring a mat, blocks, water, and a blanket or two for your own additional comfort. The more props you have the more comfortable you will be.  Please dress appropriately for maximum comfort.  The field will be cool at sunset, and possibly damp.

Please carpool if possible, parking is limited. This event will sell out fast, first come first serve. Please arrive at 5:15 PM to set up your mat we begin class promptly at 5:30 PM, class may run a little over please clear your schedule in case we go over. The lavender gift shop will also be open after the event.

Dan Kassel Bio: Dan Kassel is a contemporary cellist based out of NJ who uses live looping and layering technology to weave tapestries of sound. His material has been described as funky, groovy, meditative, soulful, and mesmerizing.

He performs regularly throughout the Tri-State area for weddings, fine restaurants, fundraisers, festivals, small venues and more, and his music has been featured by WXPN, NJ.com, and many independent blogs. Dan delights in sharing his eclectic sound with those looking for something meaningful and different. Please contact Dan to book him for an event.

Our Lavenders typically bloom in June and July. However, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature. She determines the bloom times as well as the duration of the blooms. Lavender Bloom is not guaranteed. Picking of lavender and/or flowers from any garden is strictly prohibited without prior authorization by Orchard View Lavender Farm. Please know that when you visit Orchard View Lavender Farm, you are a welcomed guest.  Please be respectful of our property. Thank You.
