Hello My Lavender Loving Friends, Hard to believe we've come to the end of summer. I certainly hope it was everything you wished it would be and more. I'm looking forward to Fall and everything that comes with it, crisp fall mornings and cooler nights, pumpkin everything or should I say lavender pumpkin everything (yes I said it)!! Did you know that by adding our Lavender Extract to your favorite recipes they become extra special?? If your recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, try half a teaspoon of vanilla and half a teaspoon of lavender extract. You'll thank me :) I've been hinting about a new partnership for quite some time and I'm thrilled to finally announce that we have added preserves to our culinary line. We've partnered with Gregory Benjamin, who has won numerous awards for his preserves and marmalades. He has created four amazing preserves exclusively for us, made with our Lavender Extract!! I'm thrilled to introduce, Lavender Peach Preserves, Lavender Pear Preserves, Lavender Apricot Preserves and Lavender Apricot Peach Preserves. We only have a few jars of each available in our shop so hurry in before they sell out. I absolutely love them all and hope you will too.
I can't believe how quickly we're going through our honey. We hope to get one more harvest in September. Unfortunately, once that's gone we'll have to wait until next summer.

PLEASE NOTE that we will be closed on September 7 & 8 so that we may participate in Victorian Days in Belvidere. And, we will also be closed on October 12 so that we may participate in the Harvest, Honey & Garlic Festival at the Sussex County Fairgrounds in Augusta.
