Hard to believe that we are almost halfway across the year 2021. Summer corresponds to joy, the scents of flowers and herbs, outdoor ventures and the sound of laughter. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the property while getting the benefits of a half hour session of Ayurveda foot reflexology or Ayurveda head massage under the beautiful pergola in the farm’s Tranquility Garden. Warm herbal oils are applied on both choices of therapies and the session ends with steam towels. Such a day can bring the heart and all its activities into harmony, while helping the body adjust to seasonal changes just a day before the summer solstice.
