Ready for the autumn transformation? Fall is the perfect season to lay the ground work for manifesting our goals. Join Natalie Apadula and Katie Brunner as they introduce you to information and tools to guide you through the fall season. Participate in a relaxing day of yoga, reiki, sound baths, meditation and how the month of September can be used to help set goals and intentions through your yoga practices.

Schedule:

10am -10:30am Slow Gentle Morning Yoga Stretch

10:50am-11:15am

Introductions and information about yogic philosophies and teachings, Ayurveda, mantra, affirmations, and helpful crystal pairings that will help you plant good karmic seeds for the Harvest Moon and Fall Season.

11:15am-12:15pm Vinyasa Class

12:30pm Lunch, opportunity to roam the grounds, and browse the beautiful Lavender Gift Shop where you’ll find lots of handmade artisan lavender products, unique home décor and accessories, lavender ice cream, lavender baked goods and so much more.

1pm Walking Maze Meditation - Focusing on letting go on what does not serve you and learning how to set your intentions in your actions going forward into the season of gratitude.

2pm - 3:30pm Reiki Infused Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

3:45pm-4pm Candle light intention setting for the season.

**Lunch will be served and is included in the price.

Once you are registered, I will send you an email with the lunch menu. Please respond with your selection as soon as possible.

*We do not guarantee that the lavender will be in bloom at time of the event. We are at the mercy of Mother Nature and she determines the bloom time as well as the duration of the blooms.
