We invite you to join us for the highly anticipated "An Enchanting Evening Under the Stars" featuring a lavender inspired gourmet dining experience presented by Chef Ed Oliveira, a professionally trained Chef with over 20 years of experience as an Executive Chef in the food service industry with positions held in restaurants, hotels, catering and corporate dining facilities in the tristate area. Chef is also the owner of The Angry Chourico BBQ and recently WOWed our guests during our Sunset At The Lavender Farm event.
The evening will begin at 6:00 pm in the Tranquility Garden with a Welcome Lavender Beverage and passed Hors d 'Oeuvres followed by a fabulous four course gourmet dinner at 7:00 pm. Chef has prepared a special menu featuring our own organically grown lavender and the freshest locally sourced, sustainably grown and ethically harvested ingredients.
Our special guest entertainer, Harpist Cathy Ekeland will fill the night air with her angelic music. Cathy is a Certified Music Practitioner who plays for patients at St. Barnabas Medical Center and has performed at various venues.

Space is Limited. Registration Tickets are required to attend. Due to the nature of this event, tickets are nonrefundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else with prior authorization. Ticket holders must present tickets upon entry. You may either print your ticket or present this digital version.
Hors d 'Oeuvres will be served promptly at 6:00 p.m. Please arrive a few minutes early.
We will be dining Al Fresco so please dress accordingly. Please wear shoes that will be comfortable walking on gravel and grass.
