Natalie utilizes yin yoga and reiki energy healing, while Katie immerses you in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls. These practices allow the chakras to balance themselves so your body can return to equilibrium. Enjoy the beautiful, serene scenery during sunset, and the scent of lavender to calm you. Clear your chakras and leave feeling relaxed and unburdened.

Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing.
