Latest News & Lavender Update - 5/27/2021

Hello Dear Lavender Loving Friends,

Here is the answer to the question on everyone's mind: No, the lavender is not blooming yet HAHA. Typically, our English Lavenders start to bloom middle to end of June and our French Lavenders start to bloom sometime in July. Of course, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature. She determines the bloom times as well as the duration of the blooms.

Our Lavandula Angustifolia Royal Velvet is starting to form buds and soon we will be on Purple Watch. Most of our mature plants are looking fantastic. Our Lavandula Angustifolia Folgate suffered some winter damage but are also starting to form buds.

Most of the babies we planted last year are looking great and we can't wait to see how they do this season. Be on the look out for Purple Watch updates in the coming days.

We are thrilled to finally announce the much anticipated availability of tickets for our Sunset At The Lavender Farm Event scheduled for Saturday, June 26. We're honored to continue our partnership with Chef Ed Oliveira of The Angry Chourico BBQ. He has once again created a fabulous menu for us to enjoy.

We're also bringing back our very talented friends Jeff DeAngelis & Gary Corde of the Blaming Amy Band who will entertain us with hits we all know and love.

We're looking forward to sharing a special evening of delicious food, great music and good company.
