We are thrilled to welcome back Cynthia Tarantino, Reiki Master, and Stefanie Haberman, Restorative Yoga Teacher, for another Reiki & Restore Petite Retreat on Friday, September 19, 2025, from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Immerse yourself in nature’s bounty for nourishment and connection as you are guided into expansive breath work, deep relaxing prop-supported yoga poses, and individual Reiki assists, a Japanese hands-on energy practice to bring you to harmony and wellness. We will close our practice in circle with a flower meditation and then gather for a delicious lunch. Early registration is encouraged as spots are limited.
