As we are into the long, expansive, sun-drenched days of summer, we realize that it’s also a fast-paced season on the East Coast. In this short span we wish the highest, most balanced manifestation of summer in our being, our surroundings.

In the Ayurveda tradition the emphasis on self-care and daily routine is highly revered to restore a well-balanced life. Come and enjoy the beautiful surroundings at Orchard View Lavender Farm while enjoying the benefits of a half hour session of Ayurveda Foot Reflexology or Ayurveda Head Massage offered by Vibha of Green Tulip Health & Wellness. 

A Reflexology session helps to balance the entire body via marma points on the feet as well as the head massage by stimulating acupressure points on the scalp, ears and face. Both therapies have been proven to boost the immune system and a sense of well-being. Such a day can bring the heart and all its activities into harmony while helping the body adjust to seasonal changes and restore balance. For your comfort, sessions will be held in the beautiful and air-conditioned Cottage located on the property. After the session, you are sure to leave feeling peaceful and relaxed.
